How To Use
1. Starting with one eye, apply Eyelash Glue Liner generously along clean, dry lash line and use as a standard eyeliner.
2. Before liner dries, quickly apply false lashes strip onto liner and gently pat to set in place.
3. Let dry for 10 seconds minimum. Repeat on your other eye.
