Not sure I would lend the color 'pink' to this shade, soft or otherwise. It more resembles a warm off-white, with the 'warm' descriptor being closest to 'pink'. Slightly disappointed - I had envisioned it to be a slightly lighter color pink than my cat's toe beans, but it is closer to eggshell than any shade I would begin to consider pink. Never disappointed with the formula, and shipping was great! Processing the order took the longest. Will definitely order from HBbeautybar in the future.

Order Q: I see one of my products were OOS (out-of-stock), but in the same email HBBB says it will be refunded. I have not gotten a refund (and truthfully, didn't want it), so may I be expecting the product in a few weeks???
