Orders currently ship via USPS First Class and USPS Priority Express Mail. At this time, USPS does not guarantee a designated ship window for First Class Mail.
If you would prefer to track your order, we recommend that you select USPS Priority Mail at checkout. Unfortunately, First Class Packages shipped internationally cannot be tracked at this time. International First-Class Packages can take up to six weeks or more to reach the destination.
Customs may delay delivery of packages for Express or Priority shipments. Please note that this is beyond our control.
Please track your shipment with your local Post Office as HB Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Nail Polish Orders
We do not ship nail polish internationally at this time, including APO addresses.
Taxes, Duties and Brokerage Fees
If your order ships via USPS.com (United States Postal Service, FEDEX or UPS (United Parcel Service) we are required by Customs Authorities to state the value of your order directly on your package. We advise that you check with your Country’s Customs Agency with regards to taxes and duty that may apply.
Please note that it is at the sole discretion of Customs Agents to release your package. In some instances, customs may delay the delivery of your package. We recommend that you check with your Customs Agents in your country before placing an order with HB Beauty Bar.
If you place an order with HB Beauty Bar, you are responsible for all applicable Customs Taxes or Customs Duties. In some instances, Carriers UPS, DHL or FedEx may charge a Brokerage Fee. The customer is responsible for any brokerage fees are incurred.
Shipping Cancellations / Refusals
Any packages returned to HB Beauty Bar due to a wrong address, refusal upon delivery or cancellation may incur shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect shipping information may cause shipping delays and may incur additional shipping charges.
Specially ordered items of 20 or more SKU'S that are returned or cancelled will be charged a re-stocking fee of 25%.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All images displaying products on the website are provided to HB Beauty Bar by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee that any color or image may be an accurate representation of any products on the website. All purchases will be at your own discretion.

Any returns or exchanges for international orders may be subject to shipping charges. We are sorry that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
