Cuccio Breakfast in NYC

The color is really not what I was expecting. I looked at some swatches, but should have looked at more. It's basically a pretty ordinary lightish blue. I thought it would be more of a green-leaning Tiffany blue, but it's not. That's really an issue of photography and my own screen calibration, although I looked on multiple screens and the photo looked much more green-leaning on all of them. Formula can be a bit draggy. It's not terrible, but I wouldn't have bought it if I had seen it in person. It's an okay polish for relatively cheap.
