How To Use: To apply, administer Jontéblu Matte Liquid Lipstick on to applicator wand. Begin at the center of the upper lip to the outer edges of the lip. Follow the contour of the mouth and fill in lips using applicator wand, dip applicator as needed. Repeat same technique for lower lip and massage lips together for an even full coverage finish.
