Zoya in Echo can best be described as a deep lagoon blue neon. Echo comes equipped with the Z-Wide Brush.

Introducing the EasyNeon Collection! ZOYA's first frustration-free, new formula does away with special base coats and notoriously streaky application associated with neon colors.

Due to the unique matte formulation, color is typically not as long-wearing as traditional nail color.

Please note: Neon pigments may vary slightly from batch to batch. This is a highly pigmented shade. We recommend applying a base coat to prevent potential staining.

• Step 1. Start by applying ZOYA Base Coat to clean, dry nails with cuticles pushed back. (EasyNeons do not require any specific base coat.)
• Step 2. For a perfect polish, apply one stroke of nail lacquer down the center of the nail, followed by one stroke along each side of the nail.
• Step 3. Then apply a second coat of nail lacquer, pulling color over the tips of the nails.
• Step 4. Shine, seal, and protect with one coat of ZOYA Naked Manicure Ultra Glossy Seal Top Coat, pulling it over the tips of the nails.
