How To Use
1. Cleanse and dry nails.
2. Apply one coat of ORLY Bonder Rubberized basecoat to prepped nails or base coat of your choice.
3. Apply two coats of color allowing to dry slightly between coats.
4. Finish with your favorite ORLY topcoat and let dry.
