If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased on HB Beauty Bar on-line, please get in touch with us. You may return the unused product for exchange or refund by mail within 15 days of the receipt date. All purchases returned will receive a full refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes. We are sorry that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error. Shipping charges will apply for any refused packages.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at time of purchase.

All purchases for hair extensions, including all hair pieces such as ponytails, wiglets, bangs (fringes), top pieces and buns are final sale with no exceptions. Federal regulations prohibit the return of these items.
Returns for wigs will not be accepted unless pre-authorized. All returned hair products must be returned in mint condition (re-sellable condition). Products must have no missing tags or labels, the hair net may not be removed and item(s) not combed, fluffed or tried on. Products must also be returned in the original packaging. Requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied.
